Family owned and operated, Saint Aymes started in 2016 in confectionary with a mission to make every day beautiful. Naming the business after their Bajan grandfather Eric Aymes (1929-2021), British born Bajan/Jamaican sisters Michela and Lois actioned their vision with 24ct chocolate pyramids dedicated to artistic greats and stocked in Selfridges Harvey Nichols and Fenwick. In 2018 they applied their love for beauty to create an immersive and interactive experience opening the Saint Aymes cafe in Connaught Street. With a mission to make every moment beautiful and awe-worthy, thanks to stunning interiors and signature 24ct edible gold menu, Saint Aymes has quickly became known as the prettiest cafe in London. Featured on BBC, Time Out, ITV and Japan News Network. In 2019, Saint Aymes came to Japan with two successful pop ups, boasting 2 hour queues. What is next for Saint Aymes? Franchising!
