Marleece Estella MD, MHCM is an Occupational Health, Internal Medicine, and Lifestyle

Medicine physician. She is currently the Senior Vice President of Health and Chief Medical Officer at BP where she is responsible for the health of over 60,000 employees globally. Her prior experience has been in both strategic and operational roles with responsibilities for global well-being, management of on-site health centers, occupational health and safety management, crisis management, and workplace accommodation. Her training and experience in Internal Medicine and public health is the basis for her understanding of the many factors that impact the health of employees and the communities where they live and work.

She has managed multi-level teams as big as 150, through hybrid remote and office environments in Global Markets ranging from the Caribbean to Europe and Africa and driven regional sales growth through Retailer Partnerships, Private Clients and Direct to Consumer with volumes ranging above 250M per calendar year. Relocating from Miami, FL to London, UK in October 2019, Jo Wong began investing in her personal brand “Who is Jo Wong”, spanning successes in content creation across several platforms sharing her knowledge and expertise as a Black woman thriving in a corporate environment.
